SHIPPING

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150 in Australia. Please note, certain weight restrictions apply. For more information please visit our shipping and pricing policy.

It depends on your location and the option you select. Express can take 1-3 business days and Standard can take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, we ship to New Zealand. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

Yes we do, if you select parcel post or express. However, for free shipping we use couriers that cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

TRADE ACCOUNTS

Yes, if you would like to apply for a trade account complete the application form.

If you already have a login, please send an email sales@detailingshed.com.au requesting a trade account.

No, ZIP and Afterpay payments are not accepted.

Yes, we do have a monthly minimum spend requirement. To enjoy the benefits associated with your trade account, you'll need to ensure that your total spending on our website meets or exceeds the minimum for each month.

ORDERS

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the 'order history' section on your account page on the website.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status 'preparing for shipping', 'shipping' or 'delivered', then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please send your order details and photos of the broken/damaged item(s) to info@detailingshed.com.au and we will advise the next steps.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Yes, we offer pickups. We are located in Caringbah, 2229, NSW.

Place your order online and select the 'pick up' option at checkout and the address will be shown.

It takes approximately 1-4 hours to for your order to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.

Unfortunately, we don't have a retail front to take an order. Simply place another pickup order online before coming in.

RETURNS

If you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please email us first for approval and we'll provide an authorisation number. The items must be purchased 7 days from when your order is received and unopened in original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and deduct any restocking fees.

The returning address is Unit 1G, 1-3 Endeavour road, Caringbah, NSW, 2229.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 7% applies.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 days for it to appear in your account.

Kranzle high pressure cleaner is covered by a full 5 year, unlimited hours warranty*.

The pump head in all Kranzle pressure cleaners is warranted against stress failure for 10 Years – absolutely unique in the High Pressure Cleaner industry!

What is covered under warranty?

Defects in material and workmanship that occur within the duration of the warranty period. Normal wear and tear damage caused by improper assembly, improper maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for use (or incompatible) with the product is not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover failure or damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.

Servicing and oil change

To keep your Kranzle in its best-working condition, make sure you get it serviced.

The first oil change should be carried out after approximately 50 operating hours, then every year or after 250 operating hours.

Oil leakage

If the oil leaks contact us or Powerblast support immediately.

Failure to observe this instruction may cause damage to the environment and/or transmission gearbox.

In case of increased humidity or fluctuations in temperature development of condensed water is possible. If the oil turns grey or white, you must change it.

The Warranty period for your BigBoi Washr commences on the date of the purchase of the product and expires at the end of the applicable period set out below:

ACCESSORY WARRANTY

Comprehensive Warranty

Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Dual Action or Rotary Polisher is a one-year comprehensive warranty, from the purchase date. Mini Cordless Polisher batteries have a 30-day warranty from the purchase date.

Warranty

Registering extends the warranty of your FLEX professional tool. You are protected against unexpected repair costs for up to three years – even after the statutory warranty period has expired.

To be eligible, you have to register your tool within 30 days of purchase. The FLEX Service gives you the following benefits:

  • Warranty period extended to three years
  • Service certificate if a repair becomes necessary
